Job summary

Miller & Carter Bath is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food and developing people. You’ll manage a section, lead your team as one, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence.

Join the team to train staff, handle ordering and stock control, and work with a branded menu to deliver dishes to perfection. We offer progression, incentives, and a supportive kitchen culture.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
