Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Antelope Inn. You will support the Head Chef, oversee food preparation, stock control and team training while upholding brand standards across our pub brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high food quality.
