Mitchells & Butlers' Chessington Oak is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You’ll train and inspire your Chefs, drive targets with your team, help with food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while working on a branded menu. Join a team that values community and development.
