Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Farmhouse Inns in Swindon to lead a busy kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency. You’ll guide the team, maintain hygiene standards, and support service during peak times to keep every dish on spec and on time.

You’ll be a role model for high standards, manage the team in the manager's absence, and help coordinate during busy services while upholding safety and allergen controls.
