Pilgrim's Europe – Llanidloes site is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all canteen operations and maintain high service levels for staff.

You will manage stock, assist with menus, and lead on-site events while ensuring food hygiene, COSHH and HACCP compliance. Strong supervisory experience and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• Team working and flexibility are essential.
• Previous supervisory experience is expected.
• Well organised with good planning abilities.
• HACCP Level 2 certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Ordering of stock including raising/receipting POs on SAP.
• End of day / week / month accounts.
• Continuously review menus and prepare and cook food.
• Lead onsite events such as summer BBQ and staff Christmas dinner.
• Collect monies and operate cash till.
• Opening/Closing canteen and the start/end of shift.
• Report faults to avoid downtime and stock loss.
• New menu ideas including buffet options.
• Comply with health and safety standards and keep areas clean.
• Comply with food hygiene standards and COSHH/HACCP guidelines.

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Llanidloes site.

Undertake all tasks within the canteen to ensure a high - quality service to all staff across the site.

Shift pattern:

Monday - Friday

Working hours:

06:00am - 14:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Ordering of stock including raising/receipting PO’s on SAP
• End of day / week / month accounts
• Continuously review menus and preparing and cooking of food
• Lead onsite events such as summer BBQ and staff Christmas dinner
• Collect monies and operate cash till
• Opening/Closing canteen and the start/end of shift
• Report faults so they can be put right quickly to avoid downtime and potential loss of stock
• New menu ideas including buffet options
• Comply with company health and safety standards at all times and ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Comply with food hygiene standards at all times
• Comply with all COSHH and HACCP guidelines
