Manpower have an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in NG8.

Working in a school kitchen, preparing food for approximately 330 pupils a day, duties will include:

1. Assisting the Head Chef
2. Preparing and cooking meals
3. Ensuring high levels of hygiene and health and safety are adhered to
4. Assisting with planning future menus following guidelines on nutrition
5. Line management of two kitchen assistants

About you:

• Experience in managing people
• Catering experience
• Able to work as part of a team, with good communication skills at all levels
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or ability to pass one and register on the Update Service)
• Passion for nutrition and menu development
