Working Hours: 18.5 per week (964.5 hours per year)

Worker Type: Onsite Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £24,702 (Level one) rising to £25,545 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

You will work at Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, overseeing catering and hire operations to ensure they are commercially successful and exceed visitors’ expectations. You will participate in the service and presentation of food and beverages, supervise a small team, and collaborate with other staff delivering excellent service to visitors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Practical experience in catering, including high-quality food and drink production and service
  • Knowledge and experience of hygiene, Health & Safety, and legal licensing compliance
  • Supervisory skills, including providing clear direction and feedback
  • Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays, and evenings
