Responsabilités

• Maintains highest standard of cleaning, sanitation and cost within F&B goals.
• Ensures SOPs and hotel policies are followed by all team members.
• Adheres to COSHH and safety standards in chemical usage and moving equipment.
• Welcomes new team members, both agency and directly employed by the hotel.
• Ensures breakage minimisation and compliance with safety procedures.
