Job summary

Haven is hiring a Kitchen Shift Leader to guide the JD Wetherspoon team during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction. You will lead assigned shifts, assign tasks, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.

You’ll oversee food preparation, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and support training while upholding safety regulations. Weekend, evening, and holiday flexibility is required to keep the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the kitchen team on assigned shifts.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service and handle complaints or special requests.

• Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
• Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.
• Step up as shift leader when required.
