Job summary

J D Wetherspoon is seeking a Kitchen shift manager for The Jolly`s Hotel, Broughty Ferry. You will run shifts, supervise kitchen operations and support the kitchen and pub managers to meet sales and compliance targets.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent service, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to a busy, customer-focused pub environment with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards in cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere.
• Forecast sales and manage related costs with kitchen manager.
• Work on a variety of shifts, including front of house, and participate in cash handling after training.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Aim to maximize sales opportunities and ensure compliance with SOPs and procedures.
