RECRUIT123 LIMITED in Lincoln is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Service Manager to lead the day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced street food brand. You will oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to high standards while guiding a small team.

The role offers opportunities to influence standards, develop staff, and contribute to the brand's growing food-to-go concept. You will ensure food safety, manage stock, and maintain cleanliness, with shifts across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (restaurant, street food, or fast-paced hospitality)
• Experience supervising or leading a kitchen team
• Strong cooking skills with good food prep and presentation
• Hold Level 2 Food Hygiene/Food Safety certificate and strong food safety knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, organised approach with a positive attitude
• Within commuting distance of Lincoln centre

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operation and ensure high standards of food preparation and service
• Lead and support kitchen team during service
• Prepare and cook menu items per company standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage stock, orders and waste reduction
• Support staff training and development
• Monitor performance and improve service delivery
