Everyman Cinema Group in Lincoln is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a vibrant kitchen team and deliver the high-standard Everyman dining experience. You will oversee all food operations, ensure quality, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and ensuring that the teams they lead and work in share this.
• Lots of personality and not afraid to use it!
• A love for food, drink, customer service and, above all else, people.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with bags of business savvy and self-drive.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef and a background preferably in a fast-paced, branded operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality and presentation.
• Manage rotas, stock control and ordering to support smooth service.
• Uphold kitchen health & safety standards and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with venue management to maximise service delivery opportunities and cinema success.
