Job summary

Audus Kitchens in Windlesham is seeking a talented Sales Designer to welcome customers in the showroom, understand how they live, measure spaces during home visits, and design beautiful kitchens that customers can’t wait to see built.

You will present design proposals and 3D visuals, discuss appliances, worktops, sinks and taps, and guide clients through the entire journey from first sketch to handover, collaborating closely with our fitting teams.

Qualifications

• Experience selling and designing kitchens (German or British)
• Confidence with design software, ideally Cyncly(Winner)
• Strong eye for design and passion for it
• Excellent people skills and ability to guide customers through journey
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

At Audus Kitchens we design and install kitchens people love living in, from sleek handleless and modern designs to classic shaker and traditional styles. We also do bedrooms, living spaces, home offices and utility rooms. With showrooms in St Albans, Windlesham and Wokingham, we're a friendly, growing team, and we're looking for a talented Sales Designer to join us at our Windlesham showroom.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and getting to know how they live, cook and entertain
• Carrying out home visits and taking accurate measurements
• Creating design proposals and 3D visuals that customers can't wait to see built
• Presenting designs and quotes with confidence, and turning enquiries into sales
• Guiding customers through appliances, worktops, sinks and taps
• Looking after each project from first sketch to handover, working closely with our fitting teams

What we're looking for

• Experience selling and designing German and British kitchens, bedrooms or similar home improvements
• Confidence with kitchen design software ideally Cyncly(Winner)
• A great eye for design and a real passion for it
• Brilliant people skills: you build trust easily and enjoy the whole customer journey
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence

What we offer

• £26,000-£32,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped commission, with OTE of £70,000
