Job summary

Magnet's Bexleyheath showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer. You’ll own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases earnings.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, and manage your pipeline while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
