Job summary

Magnet in Loughton is hiring for a showroom role focused on converting showroom enquiries into high-value kitchen sales. You will design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value and build lasting customer relationships from initial contact through to installation.

You’ll manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, and identify upselling opportunities while delivering against sales targets and protecting margins. This role offers strong progression and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in the KBB industry is desirable.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)
