Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Kitchen Production Operative at our Bristol site. You will follow written procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce, receive full training, and contribute to timely, safe production.

Join a small, automated production team operating 24/7. You will load equipment, maintain hygiene and quality, and adhere to food safety and health & safety practices while working a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• A good standard of English and Maths.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour shift.
• Experience in a similar production or FMCG environment preferred (not essential).
• Flexible and adaptable to different tasks.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards (training provided).
• A team player with good communication and attention to detail.

• To comply with all our Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customer orders are produced safely, on time, and all aspects of hygiene, quality and cost are met.
• Work as a member of a small team in an automated environment that will include an element of physical work when loading equipment.
• Operating production lines and automated equipment
• Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Working collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing team

Job Overview

At our Bristol site we are one of the leading producer's of chilled soups and sauces. We proudly supply roughly 40% of the UK's chilled sauces and 20% of the country's chilled soups to some of the UK's leading retailers.

Position

As a Kitchen Production Operative you will be:

Key Responsibilities
