The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Kitchen Production Operative at our Bristol site. You will operate production lines, follow procedures, and help ensure safety, hygiene, and quality across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

We provide full training, a 12-hour shift pattern (4 on 4 off), and opportunities for career development within a supportive team. Competitive overtime rates and excellent benefits accompany this role.

Competenze

• A good standard of English and Maths.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour shift
• Experience in a similar production or FMCG environment preferred (not essential)
• Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards (training provided)
• A team player with good communication and attention to detail

Mansioni

• Follow written procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce (full training will be provided)
• To comply with all our Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customer orders are produced safely, on time, and all aspects of hygiene, quality and cost are met.
• Work as a member of a small team in an automated environment that will include an element of physical work when loading equipment.
• Operating production lines and automated equipment
• Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Working collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing team
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety practices

Job Title: Kitchen Production Operative

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 18:00 4 on 4 off

Location: Unit 4, Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Woodlands Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 0BF

Salary: £13.40 per hour

As a Kitchen Production Operative you will be:

• Follow written procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce (full training will be provided)
