The Clarence is a part of Cultar Restaurant Group in Glasgow. We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to work mainly evenings and weekends, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the wider team during service.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with basic prep, and help with deliveries while following food safety procedures. A friendly, team-focused attitude is essential for this role.

Formación

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Reliability, hardworking and pride in your work.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part timeKitchen Porter, working mainly evenings & weekends to join our kitchen team

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an essential role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the wider team during service.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Wash and store crockery, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Support chefs with basic preparation and tasks when required.
• Assist with deliveries and organisation of stock.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused working environment.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).
• Are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in your work.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Are organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
