Job summary

The Clarence, part of Cultar Restaurant Group in Glasgow, is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our lively kitchen team. This part-time role focuses on evenings and weekends, keeping the kitchen clean and supporting chefs.

You will handle washing, storage, basic prep, deliveries, and stock organization while following food safety procedures. We offer a starting rate of £12.71 per hour plus a share of TRONC tips, staff meals, uniform, dining discounts, and a pension.

Qualifications

• Kitchen or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• Reliable, hardworking and proud of your work.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team.

• Organised and able to work under pressure.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part timeKitchen Porter, working mainly evenings & weekends to join our kitchen team

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an essential role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the wider team during service.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Wash and store crockery, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Support chefs with basic preparation and tasks when required.
• Assist with deliveries and organisation of stock.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
