• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen at all times.
• Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as directed.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries correctly.
• Empty and manage waste in line with sustainability practices.
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready for service.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
