Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our culinary and restaurant teams, maintaining cleanliness and safety across kitchen and service areas. You will help ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored and maintained to the highest standards, enabling an outstanding guest experience.

You will assist with dishwashing, maintain sanitation of food prep and storage areas, and follow Health & Safety guidance to keep the operation safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work well in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
• Understand and apply food safety and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen and restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and utensils.
• Keep food preparation, washing and storage areas clean and sanitised.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely.
• Support waste management and minimise breakages and losses.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH requirements.
• Contribute to smooth operations through teamwork and daily briefings.
