Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Greater London is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team. You’ll receive training through our Dalata Academy and have opportunities to grow within the company as you work with experienced chefs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring of food; maintain clean ware/cooking ware & utensils.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.

Your Job:
