Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland and the Lake District is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team, keep workspaces hygienic, and help with deliveries and deep cleans.

You’ll need stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends while staying flexible with hours as part of a team that delivers memorable experiences for our guests across our hotels.

Your responsibilities will include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment both by hand and using the dishwasher, organising deliveries, and assisting with deep cleans. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need stamina, focus, and the ability to work independently while staying flexible with working hours, including weekends. You may also take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
