Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team and maintain a clean, organised workspace. You will sweep and mop floors, clean equipment by hand and in the dishwasher, and help with deliveries.

This role offers flexibility in hours, weekends, and live-in accommodation. You’ll join a hard-working team with training opportunities and benefits designed to support your wellbeing and development.

As a Kitchen Porter at Crerar Hotels, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy kitchen team and maintaining a clean, organised workspace. A hard‑working team player with a keen eye for detail, you will ensure our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met at all times. Your responsibilities will include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment both by hand and using the dishwasher, organising deliveries, and assisting with deep cleans. In this fast‑paced environment, you'll need stamina, focus, and the ability to work independently while staying flexible with working hours, including weekends. You may also take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
