Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland and the Lake District is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will sweep and mop floors, clean equipment, and help with deliveries and deep cleans. Weekend flexibility and the ability to work independently are important.

We offer a salary of £12.91 per hour with a range of employee benefits and opportunities for training and progression within Crerar Hotels.

Your responsibilities will include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment both by hand and using the dishwasher, organising deliveries, and assisting with deep cleans. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need stamina, focus, and the ability to work independently while staying flexible with working hours, including weekends. You may also take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
