Job summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist chefs with basic food prep and stock deliveries.
- Operate dishwashers and ensure sanitation practices.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support the team in daily kitchen operations and service setup.
- Champion allergen controls and food safety practices.
- Be a reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude.
