Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Delfino Lounge. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, support chefs with food prep, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly so freshly cooked food goes out on time.

You’ll receive hourly pay up to £12.71 + tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, with opportunities to grow in a busy, friendly kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Reliable and punctual; team player.
• Experience in kitchen or hospitality helpful, but attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
