Job summary

Vitello Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join a busy kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, support chefs with prep, and ensure meals are prepared on time.

The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible hours and career development opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time. Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
