Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join Visto Lounge—part of Loungers, named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

In a busy kitchen, you’ll help keep areas clean, support chefs with prep, and follow hygiene and safety standards. This role suits someone reliable who enjoys a fast-paced team environment in Torquay.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and organized throughout the day.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service.
• Follow hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of one team to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
