Loungers plc in Fareham is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join Vito Lounge. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, support chefs with prep, and help ensure freshly cooked food is ready for service.

This role offers up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible hours and weekend work are common, with opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
