Como Lounge is recruiting a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, stay organised, and support chefs with prep to ensure smooth service. A positive attitude and reliability are key to success in this vital role.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, with opportunities for progression and perks like early pay access.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and contribute to a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across kitchen areas and washing up.
• Assist chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of one team to deliver a great customer experience.
