Loungers plc (Orco Lounge) is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organised while supporting chefs with prep, ensuring fresh meals are delivered on time.

This opening marks the launch of Orco Lounge’s brand-new site. We offer up to £12.71 per hour + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus career development opportunities and staff events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
