Dorado Lounge – part of Loungers – in Warrington is hiring a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, support chefs with prep, and help ensure meals go out on time.

We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This role suits someone who values teamwork, reliability, and high kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Pride in doing things properly and not cutting corners.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work at pace.
• Good communication and a team-first mindset.
• Understanding the importance of cleanliness, safety, and consistency in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
