Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Support kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
• Receive and store deliveries correctly.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
• Follow food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and company procedures.
