Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a hardworking Kitchen Porter for our Bristol team. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with 37.5 hours, no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for training and progression.

You will maintain cleanliness, wash pots and equipment, assist with deliveries, and support chefs in basic prep while following safety and waste procedures. A diverse, inclusive workplace is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Kitchen porter or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Washing pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with receipt, storage, and organisation of deliveries.
• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
• Keeping kitchen storage areas clean, tidy, and organised.
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
