Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team, helping keep the kitchen clean and organised so our chefs can deliver great dishes to guests.

You’re reliable, hardworking and adaptable in a busy kitchen. You’ll handle dishwashing, basic prep, waste management and follow our food safety standards to support service.

We offer meals on shift, staff discounts and opportunities to grow within our expanding group.

• You support chefs and the team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery and utensils are clean and ready.
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely.
• Monitor equipment for faults and hazards and report them.
• Support chefs during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
