Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team in the UK. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised so the chefs can deliver high‑quality dishes to guests. Daily tasks include operating the dishwasher, stocking supplies and assisting with basic prep when needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house spotless, safe and organised before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery and pots are clean and ready.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and assist with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Monitor equipment and report faults or hazards to the team.
• Support the chefs during busy periods and follow safety standards.
