Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our Back of House team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe, assist with basic food prep, and ensure equipment is ready for service.

You will work closely with the chefs and kitchen team to maintain high standards in a busy environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus service charge, fortnightly pay, staff meals, and opportunities to learn and progress within the business.

• You own your responsibilities and get things done properly.
• You are curious and keen to learn, whether mastering cleaning systems or helping with food prep.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready.
• Support the kitchen with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
