Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter in Bath to keep the kitchen clean, safe and well-organised behind the scenes. You’ll support the back-of-house team to help our chefs deliver high-quality dishes for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and assist with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Watch for equipment faults or hazards and report them.
• Support the chefs during busy service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
