Côte Brasserie in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team, helping keep the kitchen clean and organised so our chefs can deliver high-quality dishes to guests. You’ll operate the dishwasher, assist with basic food prep, maintain waste systems, and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

This role offers an hourly rate with service charge and opportunities to grow within a supportive kitchen team.

• You’ll be curious and keen to learn, whether that’s mastering new cleaning systems or getting involved with food preparation.
• You understand that great kitchens work in it together. You’ll support the chefs, keep things moving and be someone your teammates can rely on when service gets busy.
• And while you’re behind the scenes, you’ll still play an important part in making it special because every great plate starts with a great kitchen.

Mansioni

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready when needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and support the kitchen with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Keep an eye out for equipment faults or hazards and alert the team.
• Support the chefs wherever you can, especially when the kitchen is busy.
• Follow our food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
