Job summary

The BoTree in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House Team. You will help keep kitchen areas clean, organised and running smoothly while supporting the wider culinary team. You will be reliable, hardworking and comfortable in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen and back of house areas.
• Wash and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed safely and in line with hygiene standards.
• Keep floors, work areas, equipment and waste areas clean and organised.
• Support with deliveries, storage and movement of stock where required.
• Dispose of waste correctly and support recycling and sustainability procedures.
• Assist the kitchen team with general duties as required.
• Follow food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures at all times.
