Qualifications

• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining ingredients and small equipment.
• Clean food preparation equipment and maintain hygienic workstation.
• Follow recipes and Club specifications for food preparation.
• Wash crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to required standards.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and waste is managed.
