• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Supporting chefs during busy service periods.
• Following all food safety and hygiene procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role in keeping busy kitchens running smoothly by:

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas
• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• A full UK driving licence holder with access to their own vehicle (essential)
• Reliable, hardworking and dependable
• Experienced as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen environment
• Knowledgeable about food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Confident working efficiently in busy kitchens
• Able to build positive working relationships quickly
• Physically fit and happy working on your feet throughout your shift
