Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas.
• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Supporting chefs during busy service periods.
• Following all food safety and hygiene procedures.
