Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in England is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, support chefs, and assist with basic food prep while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

Full training is provided; previous kitchen porter experience is welcome but not required. This role offers competitive pay, tips, staff meals, and opportunities to grow within our respected hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is helpful, but not essential.
• Full training provided for new kitchen porters.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently
• Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries, waste management, and stock organisation
• Being a key team player in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
