Rick Stein Restaurants is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen by the coast in Poole. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes and support chefs with basic prep, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently
• Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Maintaining hygiene, health & safety and food safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries, waste management and stock organisation
• Being a key team player in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
