Rick Stein Restaurants is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients and timely service.

The role involves setting up the kitchen for breakfast, maintaining hygiene, and supporting senior chefs in daily operations. Early starts and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to brand standards
• Setting up and organising the kitchen for a smooth breakfast service
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and presented beautifully
• Managing breakfast prep, including breads, pastries, and hot dishes
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Managing stock, labelling, rotation, and minimising waste
• Ensuring efficient service during busy morning periods
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members
• Assisting with prep for later services where required

What You’ll Be Doing
