Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in the Sandbanks area seeks a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes and assist with basic prep, supporting chefs in a fast-paced environment.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently
• Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries, waste management, and stock organisation
• Being a key team player in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
