Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen teams across our pubs and brasseries in Newbury and surrounding locations. You will help with prep, cleanliness, deliveries, and assisting chefs to keep service flowing.

The ideal candidate embraces fresh, seasonal ingredients, is eager to learn classical French techniques, and thrives in a team. We offer training, a supportive culture, and generous staff benefits including discounts and wellbeing support.

• Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
