Job summary

Heartwood Inns in Poole is seeking a Chef de Partie to support our busy kitchen teams across multiple sections. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with opportunities to grow within our expanding group and a warm, community-focused environment.

We’re looking for someone with 3–4 years’ experience in a service setting, intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques, and the ability to work across at least two sections following approved recipes.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food


• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes


• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
